The ILAPPS annual business meeting on June 13th did not achieve a quorum (10% of voting members). In the interests of transparency, encouraging nominations, and maintaining the continuity of ILAPPS operations, the board is opening nominations for 14 days beginning today. Upon the close of the nomination period, there will be an electronic voting period of five days. 

The following positions are open for nominations:

• President-Elect
• Vice-President
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Five Directors at Large

To be considered, interested parties must send a written request to Dr. Deep Shah, Nominating Committee Chairman, at pcooper@ilapps.org by July 15th, 2026. This should include the position sought, a CV including current and impending practice, work and business relationships, a photo, and a statement of interest for the position.
